Examples of intrinsic motivation are pleasure and entertainment attained from jobs.PDI symbolizes the degree to which the less powerful members of a smart set accept and expect that power is distributed unequally (Hofstede, 2012). Power distance stands for the nations score in how they deal with social inequality (Hofstede, 2012).
